Can you change the Font sizes and the Size of Stars on Star Charts ?
Yes. Both the chart Font style and size may be selected.
Here is how: -
1. Open Star Atlas: PRO.
2. Click on [Chart Prefs] on the main menu.
3. Then click on [Chart Font] and make your selection in the normal way.
Yes, all Stars sizes may be increased or decreased in size.
Here is how: -
1. Open Star Atlas: PRO.
2. Click on [Chart Prefs] on the main menu
3. Then click the [Enable Auto Star Size] option so that the tick mark is not present. The [Set Star Size] option will now become enabled, and Auto Star Size mode is now disabled.
4. Now try increasing or decreasing the [Set Star Size] setting. For example try a setting of 15.
5. Click [Close] and you will notice that all Stars have grown in size.
6. Now return to Step 4, and try finding the star size value which suits the displayed chart. You can return to Auto Star Size mode anytime you like by enabling the [Enable Auto Star Size] on the [Chart Prefs] screen.
Star sizes may also be set to pin-points regardless of their Magnitude brightness. Here is how -
1. Open Star Atlas: PRO.
2. Click on [Chart Prefs] on the main menu.
3. now click the Enable Pinpoint Stars option so there is a tick mark present.
4. Then click [Redraw] and the chart will be re-drawn with all stars set to a single point.
